Full 500 sf sunroom, with Olympic rings, boxing , pull up bar, swing, hot tub!!!!
The space
We have unique metalic epoxy floors throughout the house!!!! Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and 35inch TV and private bath. 2 rooms across from Master with shared bathroom. 2 bedrooms in basement with shared bathroom. The house is over 3000 square feet, with 3 living rooms. Outdoor hottub with pond an tv, Bluetooth speaker. Also a large sunroom with Olympic rings, pull up bar, and climbing rope. The main living room has reclining couches and a 65" TV. A large dining room table that sits 6 and a kitchen table also. Pots, Pans, and Utinsils also included. Grill and Trager smoker ( guest will be responsible for pellets or propane refills )

Summary: This house is in a quiet neighborhood with good access to Peterson and Ft. Carson, groceries, dining, and medical. My kids really liked the layout of the house and the generous amount of cooking equipment made dinnertime easy. The only downsides were no garage, and the wifi was pretty slow.
